PostSubject: Taking the Sword of Cortes   Wed Oct 27, 2010 10:25 pm

Jocard and his crew creeped into the caves the moonlight creeping into it through the openings in the rock ceiling. They walked steadily through the caves with lanturns and torches in hand as well as their weapons, without sword Jocard only carried his flintlock pistol in hand. Eventually he saw a gleaming light in the distance. He signaled for his men to move faster towards it and he began running into the moon lit opening in the caves. He ran through the small amount of water passed all the gold and into the middle were a chest with a large amount of gold was. But the prize of Captain Jocard's was the Sword that stood erected, perched within it. He pulled out the sword as the 5 of the 25 men of his crew filled their pockets with the aztec gold of Cortes. Jocard tested the sword, its balance and speed were unmatched by any sword he'd ever seen. It had fair power in its strikes, he knew this was the sword he was training for. It was practically made for him. Suddenly out of the dark of the moon came walking skeletons rotting away and grabbed the 5 men and pulled them into the dark slitting their throats and painting the gold they took with their blood returning it to its place in the collection of the aztec gold. Jocard yelled for his men to run back to the boats. They sprinted towards the the longboats and they rowed quickly towards the ship barely escaping the undead pirates who stood on the shore yelling for them to never return.
